LOW VOLTAGE BREAKERS AND SWITCHGEAR

We retrofit many models of used low voltage air circuit breakers to extend their useful life and avoid costly switchgear replacement.  Retrofit kits include replating the stabs, adding a sensitive electronic static relay with 3 phase overload, short circuit and ground fault with a self powered solenoid trip actuator.  All necessary hardware components are installed and tested.  Breaker retrofit component sets and instrucitons are also available for shops that wish to do the upgrade themselves.

RELAYS & METERING

Most of the used switchgear we buy has operating protection relays and metering, already wired and working.  Using secondary injection testing we ensure the equipment within specifications.  These devices can be sold as part of the switchgear or removed and sold as separate components.
